Before the recruitment process even began, Kelsey and I started talking about how we could work together. Kelsey guided me through the assessment center process as the job opening approached. Her expertise in the private sector translated seamlessly to the public sector, and together, we developed a directional plan for the organization.

Beyond the assessment center, Kelsey and team helped me understand and create a 90-Day Onboarding Plan (Q Plan), which was invaluable as I prepared for interviews. The entire process was conducted in a relaxed manner and at a pace that allowed me to absorb valuable insights. Their coaching extended to interview preparation, including potential scenarios related to the assessment center. As a result, I was the only candidate who walked into the assessment center with a detailed directional plan and a 90-day onboarding plan. This preparation enabled me to present my vision confidently to the evaluators.

After securing the position, Contour Consulting continued to support me as an executive coach, offering guidance as I navigated my new role. Kelsey and team have also worked closely with our public-sector organization, helping us evaluate processes and optimize meetings. Their commitment to understanding our needs and providing ongoing support has been invaluable.
