About Speaker

Louis K. Gump is a distinguished business builder, transformational leader, and pragmatic optimist with extensive experience developing talented teams and achieving remarkable growth in multiple businesses. As president of Cambian Solutions, he focuses on excellence in innovation, business growth, and team performance. His diverse career spans roles as an intrapreneur within major corporations, CEO of emerging companies, and strategic industry leadership positions.

Previously, Gump led award-winning mobile businesses at The Weather Channel and CNN before serving as CEO of two digital media firms and leading Cox Media, the advertising division of Cox Communications (the third largest cable provider in the US). His bestselling book The Inside Innovator: A Practical Guide to Intrapreneurship has earned numerous accolades, including the 2024 Nonfiction Book Awards Gold Winner in Business and 2024 National Indie Excellence Award as a Finalist in Leadership. It has also achieved Amazon Best Seller status on all three platforms it is available on (hardcover, eBook, and audiobook) in multiple categories, including the Strategy & Competition, Organizational Change, and Workplace Culture categories.
