November’s Nonprofit Accelerator training session will focus on the core competency of strategic leadership.
Executive leaders are charged with setting the strategic direction and vision for their organizations. This session will guide you through the essential steps to do just that -empowering you to lead with clarity, purpose, and long-term impact.
We encourage executive leadership and senior leadership team members to invite their Board Chair/President and other executive committee members to discuss key topics such as:
– Defining and communicating your organization’s vision and strategic direction
– Understanding the roles and responsibilities of executive leadership vs. board governance
– Aligning mission, values, and strategy for organizational coherence
– Tools for strategic planning and setting measurable goals
– Building a culture of accountability and adaptability
– Engaging stakeholders in the strategic process
– Evaluating progress and refining strategy over time
