About Your Speaker
Shar Hermanson brings a wealth of experience and a passion for community leadership to the Sales Summit Accelerator. As President and CEO of Forward Janesville, Shar stepped into her role on June 10, 2024, with a vision to strengthen Janesville’s business community and drive meaningful economic development.
Shar’s impressive background includes serving as Executive Vice President of Mid-West Family Madison, where she managed eight radio stations and a digital marketing agency. Her career also spans executive-level sales and management roles at WCLO-WJVL and The Gazette, giving her a deep understanding of both media and business development.
Shar is no stranger to Janesville, she’s a former Forward Janesville Ambassador, a leader in Girls Night Out of Rock County, and a Board alum of the YWCA. Known for her collaborative spirit and enthusiasm, she’s dedicated to building strong partnerships that create lasting impact.
